Impeccable Trip Design*

Time is invested by us in accurate planning before the guests' arrival. Roll-out plans are designed and agreed with guests well before they land. Detailed undertakings like informing the chef on who is allergic to fish, realising the cava prestocking and renting the baby cot have been passed onto us and are entirely ours to handle.

Guests have chosen their accommodation -and paid at the best rates available online for it-, their assigned driver is outside the Airport entrance, their supermarket list has been bought and delivered at the villa -wine in the fridge, fruit washed-, the chef knows exactly what to cook and when, sunbeds, restaurant & club reservations are booked.

We don't disappear once guests settle. We are available on WhatsApp at all times to inform the villa manager that guests need new pool towels, to call the restaurant when guests are running a little late, to cancel the sunbeds when guests decide to sleep late one day, and to book a different sunset bar on the last Friday, because hey... plans change and that is what a holiday is!
