MYKONOS IN SEPTEMBER

The best part of the Greek summer is the month of September.

The weather is still hot, the meltemia August northern winds subside, and the island is fully open yet not packed! You still have the essential Mykonos experience — swimming in crystal-clear water, long lunches by the sea, sunset cocktails, exceptional restaurants, beach clubs and unforgettable nights — but without quite the same pressure of the peak August season.

Actually, September, even though prices drop due to seasonality, is considered the VIP month as the island is beautiful for couples, friends, private groups and luxury travellers who want to experience Mykonos without feeling that every moment has to be planned around the crowds.

Music is still playingg, shops, restaurants, beach clubs and night clubs are still open and busy, the luxury private yachts are still out island hopping in the Aegean and the vibes and energy are always the same, only more elite and privileged without the queues and multi culti, multi age, multi background masses.
