Our proposals are carefully designed to meet the guests' exact brief. We take into consideration the size and synthesis of the group, the holiday style expectations and the budget. In addition, we extensively search to find the villa location that will suit the group's desired activities on the island.

TIP: If guests through their own online search find a venue they truly like, we have the capacity to negotiate with the hotel, locally, and achieve satellite agent's rates.

Almost every Mykonos villa and all hotels can be found online. Guests can find the same property on a major platform, through an agent, or directly with the provider, and prices are often matched. So why choose to rent through us?

They are hosted and taken care of from A to Z; in Mykonos having a concierge on the ground makes an extreme difference in the overall experience. We personally check-in guests, arrange for their supermarket & cava prestocking and show them how everything works. We explain local realities and potential "dangers" such as the Mykonos's water supply and quality, the sudden power cuts in the peak season, protection from the strong northern winds and the island’s general infrastructure. We make sure guests settle in comfortably.
The third reason is that guests have an assigned concierge available 24/7 throughout their stay, who will deal with any issues immediately by picking up the phone and not through an inbox or an automated message.
Finally, we handle the check-outs by protocol, we guarantee no damage reports or hidden costs appear after the guests' departure, we arrange late check-outs when possible, and make sure all processes are smooth and customer-friendly.
